To qualify for this program employers must offer group health insurance to W-2 employees and employees must work 30 hours per week to be counted as full time.
Our group does not offer 401(k) and IRA retirement plans directly, but we partner with trusted financial advisors to provide customize financial plans for your individual employees.
Everyone receives at least $1,400+ pay raise and over 30 wellness benefits (i.e. online programs, courses, & counseling) — valuable perks to make them happier and more productive team members. Our focus is helping the whole employee which is why we provide access to free mental health, physical health, and financial health specialists.
This program is relatively new, which means many providers have not learned about this opportunity. Providers that do know of this program are cautious to recommend it for a few reasons:
1. They believe the IRS opposes this program, but the latest ruling does not support their belief.
2. A well executed Total Wellness program will help companies reduce their health insurance premiums. If companies are paying less on health insurance premiums then benefit providers are being paid less in commission.
