It’s a HCA healthcare concierage and advocacy plan that allows people to upgrade their benefits at no cost.
Our program leverages the Section 125 Cafeteria Plan and either a SIMRP (Self-Insured Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan) or a Fixed Indemnity Plan. The Section 125 Cafeteria Plan allows employees to allocate pre-tax income for qualified expenses, lowering their taxable income. The SIMRP or Fixed Indemnity reimburses employees for medical costs.
